God is Doing New Things in Malaga
We have been celebrating so many of the little things God has been doing in us. We thank God for the many ways He meets and ministers to us here, for the new apartment we’ll call home for the next four years, for the favor we’ve been given with governmental and financial paperwork, and for the wonderful support system of new friends near and long-time friends from afar. We are amazed by His goodness and faithfulness to us.
We have been celebrating all that God is up to in people around us. We celebrate the 42 new friends we’ve made and now know by name. We rejoice in the ministry we’ve had despite the busyness of moving to a new city and a new home. It’s been nothing short of astonishing; whether its grabbing a coffee with our real estate agent and meals out with new friends or our first Spanish wedding (we were amongst the first to depart just before 1 am – Haha!) or a barbecue on the terrace of our Airbnb with internationals, we thank God for these opportunities to share the gospel. We have committed ourselves to making space for God to move through building relationships, sharing meals, conversing about His goodness, and generously blessing people around us.
Please Pray for Planted Seeds
Here are a few specifics which we ask you to pray with us:
- For our Sunday Gathering with our Church Plant Team.
- For our mid-week Community Group for the public.
- For the 42 people we’ve met, for Christ to work in their lives, for Spirit-led conversations, and for God to bring us to others and others to us.
- For our various team members who are here and for those who are coming, for homes for them to live in, for strength and peace in their transitions.
Our Current Financial Needs

The couple who donated a ministry computer.
Our Current Needs:
$20,000 for streaming equipment for the church
$30,000 for sound and video equipment for the church
